POMP! 2020 Fundraising Goal$163,175 raised to date! (as of 4/28/20) POMP! is all about celebrating our graduating Scholars. It is about bringing our community together to help our students have a better future. While our world has been turned upside down due to the COVID-19 pandemic, those fundamentals have not changed. We are excited to announce that we will continue with POMP! on May 8, in a virtual format. Our program will include Scholar speakers, a reveal of our high school seniors' chosen colleges, and opportunities to support our Scholars on their path to college and career. We'll share how our Scholars have been affected by the current crisis and what we can do to keep their plans on track. Due to the pandemic, the path to a college degree suddenly has even MORE obstacles for first-generation and low-income students. Join us on Friday, May 8 to connect with a community of people who care about helping Evanston youth achieve their dreams. Proceeds from POMP! provide programs and support services to ensure more Evanston students from low-income, first-generation, and/or underrepresented families succeed in college and obtain strong jobs.
