For ETHS Alumni
Donate in honor of your Evanston Township High School graduating class!
As an ETHS grad, you attended classes with people from all walks of life. You probably had friends who were capable of earning a degree, yet they didn’t make it to college. Or other friends may have started school, but left early with debt and no degree. Evanston Scholars was founded by ETHS alum (Class of ’86) and veteran ETHS English teacher, Steve Newman. Steve knew and taught many talented, ambitious students who didn’t start or couldn't finish college. He decided to do something to change things. In 2011, Steve started Evanston Scholars to help provide the support low-income and first-generation kids need to gain admission to, afford, and graduate from college. Donate to Evanston Scholars in honor of your class and help ensure that more ETHS students who want to pursue an education get the chance. $50 Fills care packages for three College Scholars
