​​Evanston Scholars is a recognized 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization and contributions are tax deductible.  Our federal tax ID number is 90-0685357 .

Our program and our Scholars’ achievements are made possible through the commitment and generosity of a community that wants to see all Evanston students reach their full potential. We hope you’ll join us, helping to provide a six-year program of empowerment and support for low-income and/or first-generation Evanston students who want to pursue a college degree.

$50  Fills care packages for three College Scholars

​$100  Provides translation services for a meeting with a non-English speaking Scholar family

​$250  Pays for college application fees

​$500  Summer school for one Scholar to stay on track to graduate in four years

​$1,000  Pays for a year of books and course materials for one College Scholar

Donors who give $1,000 or more in a calendar year automatically enter our Evanston Scholars Leadership Circle

​​$3,500  Provides one year of comprehensive services for a Scholar and their family, including mentoring, college access workshops, financial aid counseling, college persistence support, as well as internship, networking, and career counseling

​$5,000 Provides emergency funding for tuition, housing, or food when a student is at risk of dropping out
